Service was slower than we expected, but that island life, everything is a lot more relaxed. Loved the iPads in the room for all info and ordering food service. Beautiful building and the food was very good.

The view in the common area / restaurant is fantastic. Lots of fancy boats and islands and it was all magical. Novotel is this modern, fancy resort positioned perfectly right before it gets into crazy Suva city, so I'm really glad we stayed there. Also, the drinks were AMAZING.

From the warm welcome until we left, we appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. Vinaka to Solo who answered our questions as we explored potential options for future conferences. The breakfast was well beyond our expectations! We were treated to a full cooked breakfast, all of which was served very graciously. Very elegant service and we enjoyed the experience as well as the delicious food. The room was comfortable and spacious also.
